Details:
Uses Expand Selection to apply weight map values outward from the current selection. Thus giving a predictable gradation of weight values.
The Oct 8 2008 update adds the ability to use a background spline to control the applied weight values.
Note: Be careful using Contract mode with large selections. It may take a while to finish.
