Until that has completed dryad can only being downloaded from here: http://uploader.polorix.net//files/1273/Dryad-1.1-Win32.zip Because the Dryad Tree Server is not up, you'll need to disable your internet connection in order to get Dryad to start up. Otherwise it'll get stuck trying to connect.
